PERSONAL
David L. Rose is the son of a career Army officer.
As an Army brat he grew up around the world and
lived
in many states and countries. Following high school
he enlisted in the United States Air Force and is
proud to be a
Vietnam Era Veteran. After the military, Mr. Rose
put himself through the University of Colorado by working on an
oil rig in Wyoming. After college Mr. Rose worked
extensively in the field of alternative energy,
specializing in
solar power, and worked full-time while attending
Arizona State University College of Law.
Mr. Rose currently engages in the general practice
of law with an emphasis on high conflict and complex
family law matters including appeals. His law firm,
Rose and Huey, PLLC is a multi-practice litigation
law firm.
Mr. Rose is committed to redefining family law as a
practice that deals not only with divorce, child
custody,
support, and domestic conflicts but which also
includes matters involving all aspects of family
relationships, ranging
from family estate planning, probate, and family run
businesses. A well-known Phoenix lawyer, Mr. Rose is one of
only 68 Family Law Specialists certified by the
State Bar of Arizona. In addition, he represents
plaintiffs in
personal injury cases and recently won a case for
over 4 million dollars.
Mr. Rose is also the owner and manager of the
Arizona Law
Center, a commercial office complex that
leases office space to lawyers. The
Arizona Law
Center, located at 1440 East Washington Street in Phoenix,
Arizona, is minutes from downtown and adjacent to
the light rail.
Mr. Rose is married to Karen M. Rose, a Registered
Nurse with the Maricopa County Health Department.
He has three daughters and three step-sons. The
family has lived in Arizona for over 20 years.
